In accordance with Circular No. 37 of 2020, the Institutional Quality Assurance Committee (IQAC) at the constituent level has been renamed as the Quality Improvement Cell (QIC).

  • Policy Implementation: Ensures timely and effective implementation of procedures, policies, manuals, and guidelines issued by the University/IQAC/QMB from time to time.
  • Data-Driven Evaluation: Analyzes trends and evaluates quarterly data against defined benchmarks and targets, supporting informed decision-making and institutional planning.
  • Audit Facilitation: Coordinates and supports the conduct of AQAR, Quality, Academic, and Administrative Audits as scheduled by the University/QAC/QMB.
  • Process Review and Improvement: Reviews institutional and departmental (non-financial) process flows, records improvements, and recommends enhancements for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Continuous Internal Assessment: Conducts periodic internal assessments to identify gaps, track persistent issues, and facilitate timely closure of gaps through documented evidence.
